Really good Palazzo Stay!
seamless arrival attentive service
The hotel staff arranged a water taxi and a meet and greet at the airport, it made arrival seamless. I found attention to detail and customer service beyond expectations. The in-room coffee tasted amazing and drinking water was readily available.

The location is near the Jewish Ghetto and Cannaregio. The vaporetto stop is across the waterway, very convenient. It provided easy access to different parts of the city.

The breakfast offered a wide selection. It included fresh fruit. My room was a great size, very well appointed. The staff was helpful. They were always ready to assist.
The bathroom space felt too small. The toilet space also felt very tight. I expected more space for a hotel of this rating.

really good stay near the canal
elegant furnishings easy departure breakfast selection
the location is near a canal entrance. a short walk to the train station made our departure easy. the hotel offered simple, elegant furnishings and cleanliness was apparent everywhere. breakfast included yogurt with granola, fruit, coffee, and a selection of a la carte items.
i noticed the absence of an elevator to reach upper floors, posing a slight inconvenience with luggage.
